Terms of Use for seekorea21.com

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Use aim to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the operator of ‘seekorea21.com’ (hereinafter referred to as the “Blog”) and the users (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) regarding the use of internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) provided by the Blog.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. User: Refers to members and non-members who receive services provided by the Blog in accordance with these Terms.
  2. Content: Refers to all forms of information posted on the Blog, including text, photos, videos, designs, and code.

Article 3 (Attribution of Copyright and Restrictions)

  1. Copyrights and other intellectual property rights for works created by the Blog belong to the operator of ‘seekorea21.com’.
  2. Users shall not use information obtained through the Service for commercial purposes by copying, transmitting, publishing, distributing, or broadcasting without the prior consent of the operator, nor shall they allow third parties to use it.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

  1. The operator is exempt from responsibility for providing services if it is unable to do so due to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure.
  2. Important: The information provided (taste of food, service quality, site conditions, etc.) represents the subjective views of the operator. The operator is not legally responsible for results (financial loss, dissatisfaction, etc.) arising from decisions made by Users based on this information.
  3. The operator is not responsible for the reliability or accuracy of information or materials posted by Users on bulletin boards.

Article 6 (User Obligations)

Users must not engage in the following acts:

  4. Infringement of intellectual property rights, including copyrights of the operator and third parties.

Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  1. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the operator’s location.
  2. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Addendum These Terms shall be effective as of March 1, 2026.
